We offer evening hours and Saturday morning hours, as well as our Monday through Friday regular business hours. The office is open every
day except Sunday. Even when the office is closed, a doctor is always available twenty-four hours a day for emergencies. We ask that you take advantage of our regular daytime hours during the week as much as possible, so that the evening and weekend appointments can be reserved for problems or people unable to make it during normal hours. Also, please call the doctor on call only for emergencies; we are very willing to address your routine needs from 8:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday.
Our office sees patients by appointment; we would like you to have a time that is convenient for you, so please call well ahead of time if you require a physical or a routine follow-up appointment. Traditionally, we have a waiting time of 8 weeks for routine physicals, 2 to 3 weeks for routine appointments, and 24 hours for sick visits. All emergencies are seen the same day without exception; if you think you have a problem requiring a same-day appointment, please tell our receptionist when you call. We never want anyone to suffer because of a miscommunication. We encourage you to make appointments for children’s physicals well in advance, as the few weeks before school starts are often chock-full of
last-minute exams. PLEASE let us know if you are unable to keep an appointment at least 24 hours in advance; this allows us to give that slot
to someone else. We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments or to ask a patient to seek another physician if more than three appointments are missed without notice in a 12 month time frame.
